The Collab has seven directors, drawn from journalism, education, public radio, and working Arkansas podcasts. They set the organization’s direction, approve its budget, and hold it accountable.

How the Board Works

How the board works.

The Arkansas Podcast Collaborative is governed by a working board of seven directors. The board sets the organization's strategy, approves the budget, and protects the nonprofit's mission.

Day-to-day operations are handled by the staff. The board decides the larger questions, including ARKAST direction, programs strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and the long-term plan for expanding into the surrounding states.

Open board seats and committee slots are announced on the blog and at the monthly Podcaster Meetups. If you work in Arkansas media and have time to volunteer, you can contact us about an opening.
